Senior Sales Manager Flooring

- Drives revenue by securing product specifications with architects, designers, investors and developers for commercial and residential building projects
- Enabling brand presence in the market and in the projects
- Delivering tailor-made offers in relation to the client requirements and needs
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to specification and following through to the final project order
- Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, specifiers, and clients
- Providing expert advice on product suitability, technical specifications, and, in some cases, offering presentations
- Collaborating with management to develop sales budgets, forecasts, and action plans
- Identifying new business opportunities, tracking construction projects, and monitoring competitor activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales of similar products (flooring, interior fit-out products, partition walls)
- Established relationships with architectural practices, interior designers, investors and developers
- Deep understanding of flooring types (e.g., LVT, carpet, wood, tiles, vinyl) and their applications is highly appreciated
- Fully operative English language skills
- Strong negotiation skills, capability to drive new business, and proficiency with CRM systems
- Technical or business degree is preferred
