- University or vocational school degree in Civil, Mechanical or Architecture direction
- 5 years of experience in similar position in civil engineering projects
- Experience with project management and industrial construction is an advantage
- Advanced spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of MS office and AutoCAD
- Active driver, mobile and open to travel
- Good organization and coordination skills
- Problem solving, positive mindset with initiative and general overview
- Detailed and accurate, with project and people management capacity
Job description:
- Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, and construction activities on-site according to the approved project schedule
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, technical requirements, and Health & Safety regulations
- Maintain, update, and oversee the construction work schedule
- Distribute and manage project documentation to relevant stakeholders
- Support the Project Manager by reviewing technical, legal, and procedural aspects of the project
- Coordinate preparation of project documentation for all phases, including permitting, design, and tenders, in collaboration with internal teams, the client, and external engineers
- Communicate with local authorities and institutions for permits and approvals
- Prepare project budgets in cooperation with the purchasing team
- Manage the tender process for selecting suppliers and subcontractors
- Operate and maintain records within the internal ordering/procurement system
- Provide regular progress reports to superiors
