Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in managerial position in Supply Chain within larger distribution, wholesale and/or retail company
  • university degree preferably in Logistics or Business field
  • experience in last mile delivery, dynamic rooting, and stock level management
  • experience in strategic and infrastructure management
  • experience in overseeing investment and infrastructure projects is beneficial
  • experience with IMS is highly appreciated
  • proficiency in English and MS Office is prerequisite
  • extraordinary planning, organization, analytical and negotiation skills
  • independent, strategic thinker with strong process management orientation

Responsibilities:

  • management of supply chain, transport and infrastructure departments
  • forming optimal budgets and plans and follow up on achievement
  • KPI setting and management, providing guidelines for forecast accuracy
  • obtaining maximum efficiency and savings in highly frequent last mile delivery
  • leading and integrating teams, promoting potentials and providing plans for personnel development
  • continual optimization of activities across all dedicated departments
  • overall responsibility for timely, accurate and sufficient stock levels
  • responsibility for implementation and continuous improvement of systems and procedures
  • identification of and providing solutions to complex ordering issues
  • continuous monitoring, analysis and reporting of processes and results and exploring opportunities for further improvements
