- 2 years of experience in procurement of technical goods, preferably within production industry
- Bachelor’s degree
- technical background is a plus
- knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
- fluency in English
- mature and confident person, with strong focus on nurturing long-term cooperation with suppliers
- strong organizational skills, accuracy in work and excellent negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
- managing strategic procurement evaluations and providing support in the process of preparing of proposals for new projects
- checking the availability of serial materials for new projects and negotiations with suppliers in case of increased demand for these materials due to new projects
- managing communication and negotiation with suppliers for new materials needed for new projects and the selection of the most suitable supplier
- providing of new and serial materials for the production of first prototypes, EP samples, PPAP samples, MP and SOP for new projects
- active participation in feasibility studies with customers about new projects
- conducting meetings with suppliers in order to provide materials for new projects
- entering orders, confirming and receiving materials for new projects in the ERP system
- comply information and records to prepare purchase orders for procurement of material
- handling procurement process from evaluation of needs until contracting
- active supplier management and development
- collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the clients
- control expenses and focus on long-term savings on procurement costs
