Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in transport management or logistics within trading or logistics company
  • experience in organization of last mile delivery and dynamic route optimization are mandatory
  • experience in managing optimization projects is advanced
  • university degree preferably in logistics or business field
  • good knowledge of domestic and international transport
  • excellent knowledge of English and MS Office is prerequisite
  • excellent organizational and project management skills
  • extraordinary planning, organization, analytical and negotiation skills
  • highly operative and strategic thinker with strong communication and cooperation skills

Responsibilities:

  • optimization of all transport activities of the Group to achieve maximum efficiency and cost reduction
  • initiation and management of transport improvement projects
  • organization and process improvement of all operations relating to transport
  • management of operative activities of capillary transport, domestic and international
  • overall responsibility for routing and taking care of timely delivery in highly frequent capillary distribution
  • continuous monitoring, analysis and reporting of processes and results and exploring opportunities for further improvements
  • strategic management of fleet and securing purchase plans’ execution, regular service, and insurance
  • setting and defining of KPIs and following up on its achievement
  • responsibility for implementation and continuous improvement of systems and procedures
