You will be responsible for providing leadership and management to all segments of the Company’s business in Russia (20+ Mio euro). The position has complete P&L responsibility and oversight over the company’s revenue growth, profitability and wellbeing. Your duties will include in particular:
- establishing local strategies, visions and goals in line with corporate global guidelines;
- leadership function in the area of maintaining a customer-focused company culture;
- research and analyses industry, market and competitors to make informed strategy decisions;
- create initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats, forestall business risks and maximises core strengths.
As a successful candidate you have 10+ years’ experience in sales or service organizations, including min. 5 years’ experience in general or sales management function with P&L responsibility, established network and knowledge of technical solutions in the food and life science industries. We are looking for a visionary with hands on approach, excellent project management, communication, analytical skills and critical thinking abilities. Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group is an essential part of your Leadership profile.
