Human Resources Manager (m/f)

We are looking for a proactive and strong individual with high level of communication skills and ability to see “the bigger picture”. Main role of this position is strategic orientation, including responsibility for subordinates, budget, and achievement of department goals. You will also act as a counseling partner for Board and other departments for all related and relevant topics.

Key responsibilities:

  • Development of department strategy according to the company mission and vision, trough competence of expertise
  • Role model regarding responsible leadership, entrepreneurial thinking, respectful communications, and solution-oriented behavior
  • Defining concrete, measurable, and challenging goals for whole team
  • Development of employees focused on strengths, trough coaching, regular feedback and defining development areas
  • Career and succession planning, including active development of future leaders
  • Overseeing sourcing of candidates and closing employment needs
  • Defining fluctuation measures and activities for improvement
  • Defining rewarding concept for employees
  • Implementing employer branding


  • University degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, experience in retail is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience within HR
  • Fluency in written and spoken English language
