On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the position of:

Regional Sales Manager for Croatia, Slovenia, BiH, Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia (m/f)

We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to grow. Located in Zagreb, you will create and maintain the good name of the Supplier, implement the GTM strategy and MKT plan and organize the local sales team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Propose all elements of GTM (market overview, business standards, products portfolio, key competitors, etc.) and implement GTM
  • Setting and adjusting the retail prices
  • Work with Product & Import teams to set up proper Product Mix by channel
  • Work with Sales & Marketing teams to monitor and focus trade spending for sell-out (proposing and implementing marketing plan)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Organize and lead business meetings with customers
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to team
  • Highlight the potential risk and opportunities and operating issues to management

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • 10 + years of experience, preferably as a Business Unit Manager
  • Fluency in written and spoken English language
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
