Sales Manager (m/f)

Responsibilities:

• building effective working relationships with customers
• monitoring and supporting the realization of the revenues, sales volumes, distribution goals, and SOM objectives in Croatia
• assisting, directing, and controlling the setting of sales objectives for each sales channel/customer
• creating efficient sales and distribution systems
• monitoring and analysing market needs to propose appropriate pricing structure and distribution modes for respective sales channels/customers
• cooperation with Brand/Trade Marketing to ensure adequate strategies needed for the achievement of objectives based on specific market needs
• providing support in defining marketing strategies, plans and programs, and budgets required to achieve goals
• overseeing special events, sponsorship implementation, and other marketing events
• responsible for the implementation of sales, distribution, and merchandising through the line marketing strategies, activities, and programs
• KPI monitoring and reporting on the sales results
• managing a small sales team and developing their capacities
