Secretary (m/f)

We are looking for a person who will run all daily operational activities related to office administrative needs while reporting to the HR Generalist.

Key responsibilities:

  • scheduling and organizing all online or face to face meetings in the office
  • responsible for all office and meeting room technical equipment to be in service and ready to use
  • receiving and directing all third party call requests and needs to relevant managers and employees in the office
  • responsible for the procurement of office stationery, office kitchen supplies and managing a petty cash account for those daily procurements
  • scheduling and arranging all travel and accommodation needs of the office staff
  • following, documenting, and reporting the public media for the news related to the company and also related with the renewable energy sector
  • responsible for all post mails and deliveries


  • minimum 5 years of relevant experience mainly in the private sector or consulates
  • minimum high school degree
  • excellent knowledge of Microsoft programs
  • strong level of English language, both spoken and written
  • basic Turkish language knowledge is an advantage
