Someone, who is experienced in B2B sales, who can confidently lead a team of external and internal sales specialists, someone with a hunter responsibility, a strong vision and a strategic approach to manage the pipeline, ensure fleet growth, and develop new businesses in cooperation with local and regional colleagues.

- Management of Acquisition Team
- Field Sales and pipeline management
- New business development
- Development and execution of acquisition strategies and business plan
- Building pipeline to ensure fleet growth from new business
- Providing consultancy on various mobility services and solutions
- Implementing innovative solutions developed by the company
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B acquisitions and business development
- Proven track record of people management (min. 2-3 years of 2-5 people)
- Hunter personality, strategic approach
- Commercial orientation with customer focus
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Well organized and self-confident
- Positive, energetic personality and “can do” attitude
- Good command of MS Office
- English: advanced level (C1)
- University or college degree, preferably Economics degree
- C-Level network, experience
- 5-8 years experience in the field of B2B Sales
