We are searching for the leader of their local sales operation in Hungary (Northern part of M0).

- The new Country Manager will be responsible for managing and representing the company in Hungary and ensuring its further growth
- Plans, organises, coordinates and supervises the work of a national sales team, participates in shaping the policy, strategy and objectives of the Company with ability to develop a strong team
- Creating the sales plan and reaching sales targets
- The country manager is reporting to the regional manager of the parent company
The ideal candidate has
- University degree preferably in economics/business field or other relevant specialization
- 3-5 years experience in managing Sales Team and/or Sales Administration (Customer Service, Supply Chain, etc.) developing and following the operational budget both for income and costs
- Relevant experience to create or use existing Sales Network of specialized distributors, retailers, direct corporate users
- Strong knowledge of using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced level of English
- Driving license
- Ability to work flexible hours
