Responsibilities
- leading engineers and maintenance team
- identifying and ensuring appropriate machinery and technology
- planning and supporting manufacturing metalworking processes
- managing KAIZEN activities and new product implementation projects
- liaising with internal and external customers
Requirements
- mechanical engineer degree
- knowledge of metalworking CNC technologies
- 10 years+ management experience in the automotive industry
- professional English language skills
- fluent or native Hungarian knowledge
- effective communication and negotiation skills
