- Growth projects
- Sales units (2 shops, Bistro/Events, Gardenhouse – all together 35 colleagues)
- Marketing and communication
- Defining product mix
Requirements:
- drive in achieving sales targets
- energetic, dynamic, proactive attitude
- wide network to activate
- 8+ years of people management experience (lead the leaders experience)
- 8+ years working experience in sales field with turnover responsibility
- experience and skills regarding strategy (define, design, translate to action and execute)
- gastronomy- and/or hospitality-working experience, preferred, but not a must
