  • Growth projects
  • Sales units (2 shops, Bistro/Events, Gardenhouse – all together 35 colleagues)
  • Marketing and communication
  • Defining product mix

 

Requirements:

  • drive in achieving sales targets
  • energetic, dynamic, proactive attitude
  • wide network to activate
  • 8+ years of people management experience (lead the leaders experience)
  • 8+ years working experience in sales field with turnover responsibility
  • experience and skills regarding strategy (define, design, translate to action and execute)
  • gastronomy- and/or hospitality-working experience, preferred, but not a must
