Key responsibilities:
- Comprehensive management of the company and strategic development (customer segments, products, solutions, geographical focus).
- Responsibility for production and order execution, ensuring and improving production efficiency.
- Planning, calculation, and implementation of customer projects (often with short lead times).
- Active support and independent sales activities (participation in customer meetings, expansion of the local market) in coordination with the central sales department.
- Expansion of international value chains.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations at the site and within the supply chain.
- Overseeing all reporting activities, proper bookkeeping, and fiscal matters, including controlling and annual financial statements.
- Identifying market potentials and evaluating new technologies and processes for production optimization.
- Leadership of staff in production and assembly, as well as quality assurance.
- Developing innovative customer solutions, particularly through close collaboration with other company executives.
Requirements:
- A generalist with a technical, production engineering, logistics, or business administration background (education, engineering degree, or business studies) and extensive experience in 360° company or business unit management.
- Expertise in project planning, management, and execution; production/supply chain/logistics.
- Strong financial and business management skills (planning, forecasting, controlling).
- Experience in working with customers; ideally, existing connections in the used textiles industry.
- International experience is desirable but not essential.
- Passion for textiles, production management, logistics, corporate leadership, and people management.
- Proficiency in Hungarian and English is mandatory.
