- Fertilization advice for local distributors
- Running the training for distributor's sales representatives
- Acquiring new distributor customers
- Maintaining and expanding business relationships
- Reporting the results of activities
- Cooperation with the logistics and production departments
- Execution of sales plans
- Active participation in training, field days and fairs
Requirements:
- Experience in selling agricultural production resources
- Previous experience on a similar position for at least 2 years
- A strong sales personality with previous experience in the cooperation with distributors, with the willingness and enthusiasm to learn about new things
- An enthusiastic traveler, ready to spend the clear majority of the week with customers
- A good communicator, who builds and foster relationships easily, excels in negotiating
- Besides local fluent/native, communicative English or Russian
- Some Polish would be an advantage
- Strong sales attitude
- Personality: able to integrate quickly to the organization, able to think quickly, agile, hungry for the success, able to build relationship easily, eager to learn, willing to develop, open-mind, empathic, collaborative, goal-oriented, passionate about sales, independent, but able to work in the team, a "lone wolf" and a team player who likes working independently with a high degree of freedom, but also enjoys and support teamwork
- Market knowledge and strong network within the sector (among distributors)
- Able to establish contacts easily
- Good knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques
