Senior Director, Quality Services Budapest (QSB)
JelentkezekIn this role you will have the following tasks:
- Being an active member of the Site Leadership Team and Quality Leadership Team
- Manage the organization via managers
- Set, achieve, and report the QSB performance and budget
- Define the strategy for QSB and execute activities/initiatives to meet the strategy
- Lead Quality associates of QSB, assigning clear roles and responsibilities to ensure coverage of all fields of responsibility (QC, QA, global QSB functions)
- Build and develop effective working relationships and strong partnerships with key stakeholders in other functions and other sites
- Act as a professional advisor to stakeholders (GPS, Sales & Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Global Technical Support), indentify compliance issues and solve them
- Being successful in showing tangible results previously both on performance and leadership KPIs, in leading bigger (service/support) organizations
You are best equipped for this role if you have:
- Science-related education
- At least 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- More than 5 years of leadership experience (people manager of bigger organisations)
