Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement the Technical Support strategy and business plan
  • Lead and inspire the Customer Support team of 4
  • Reports to CEO
  • Support sales operations from technical aspect, including product information, transactions, inquiries, order tracking, and customer communications
  • Manage appr. 3M € turnover
  • Mentor, train, and develop staff
  • Set performance goals and conduct reviews
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services
  • Liaise engineering product management team in the HQ
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

 

  • Technical qualification
  • 4-5 years’ experience working in technical support field e.g. Technical Customer Service or Application Engineering, Technical Sales, Maintenance
  • High knowledge in drive, gearbox, or automation technology
  • Proficient in Hungarian and English, German is a plus
  • Strong Mechanical aptitude
  • Residence in the Budapest area
