Finance Analyst

Requirements:
- University degree in Economics
- Experience in finance, FP[&]A, controlling, reporting or accounting, preferably in production environment
- Strong technical skills and MS Excel, experience in ERP
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with effective communication with management, including senior corporate leadership
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and work to deadlines
- Fluent in English
- Self-starter who can coordinate multiple activities
Responsibilities:
- Participating in annual budget process, LTP and forecasts in line with finance calendar
- Take part in CAPEX and OPEX budget processes and ensure strong cost controlling
- Analyze variances and deviations of actuals vs budget/forecast targets, follow up on root cause analysis and drivers with business owners
- Support month end closing and fixed asset related processes
- Check the profitability of the products and collaborate with the relevant stakeholders for improvements
- Run P[&]Ls (Profit and Loss), BS (Balance Sheet) and G/L (General Ledger) account details, and other reports to investigate and resolve anomalies and unusual trend
- Participation in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, audit reports and other reports as required
- Support processes of audit, year-end closing, and fixed assets accounting
- Preparation of monthly and annual accruals in coordination with business owners
- Prepare key reports pertaining to inventory, excess and obsolete inventory and similar
- Reporting to Controlling manager
