Requirements:
- IT background is preferred
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management within financial consultancy, banking or software product companies
- Experience in leading Project Management team is preferred
- PM or relevant certification, excellence in PMP methodologies, tools and techniques
- Experience in working with clients’ C-level management
- Inspirational leader, with distinct managerial capacity
- Ability to translate strategic plans into tactical actions

Job description:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Engage with C-level management to communicate project goals, progress, and strategic value to the organization
- Guide, mentor, and motivate a team of project managers to achieve high performance, collaboration, and career growth
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and alignment with product objectives and requirements
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide product development and project execution
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance product outcomes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product status, milestones, and risks
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, seeking feedback, implementing best practices, and identifying opportunities for process optimization
