To support their team of versatile financial advisors we are searching for experienced professional for the position of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in M[&]A advisory or financial audit (preferably within Big 4 companies), financial institutions, or similar organizations
• CFA or ACCA certification or enrollment is highly appreciated
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• A goal- and customer-oriented professional with strong achievement drive and passion for learning

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute of deal advisory projects, encompassing due diligence, valuation, and transaction structuring
• Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships while delivering expert advisory support
• Utilize international partnerships to design and implement effective cross-border M[&]A strategies
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and professional development
• Monitor industry trends to deliver informed, strategic advice to clients
