Our Client is Alpha Imaging, a company which deals with sales, installation and service of medical devices, predominantly in diagnostics equipment with strong and stabile presence locally. For further support of their service activities we are searching for a dedicated and motivated

Requirements:

• high school/ college / university degree in Electrical Engineering
• experience in installation and/or service of similar equipment is appreciated
• fluency in English and PC skills
• preparedness for frequent traveling and clean driver's license
• responsible, reliable and communicative person with high service and customer orientation

Responsibilities:

• installation of medical diagnostic devices and systems
• timely and regular servicing of devices and equipment
• responding on the customer calls and resolving complains
• repairing and/or replacements of defect components
• malfunction diagnostics on both devices and equipment
• installation of different operative systems and software according to product manuals
• administration of each intervention and repaired device within electronic reporting system
• cooperation with other team members to ensure smooth information flow
