You will partner with the Project Manager of Installations, Sales, ITO and Order Operation teams and work on assigned Imaging projects from pre-sales phase to sales execution. You will do site audits, perform measurements and discuss time planning with clients.
You are expected to deliver On Time Installation and customer satisfaction within the scope of selected Imaging projects.
You will have responsibility for developing and supporting the execution of programs for services operations at customer sites, supporting the front line services teams with expertise & problem solving, and for leading execution of contract pre-approval EHS qualifications under the direction of the EE Regional EHS Leader and local in-country Services Manager.
Your primary focus is to assess and eliminate risks both in office and Customer site environments, conduct site visits, analyze and maintain EHS recordkeeping systems, conduct EHS employee site training, and participate in EHS program activities to ensure employee safety and regulatory compliance in addition to driving injury reduction initiatives.
Expected from you:
Your strong interest and acumen in energy is supported by a Bachelor degree in Engineering, or other similar technical domain. You have proven experience in Project Management of Installations preferably in Healthcare Equipment.
You have excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to the customer in an easy to understand manner. You have proven ability to develop and maintain good customer relations. You have experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process
You have good English knowledge are responsible and you are proficient in functioning independently. You must have a valid driver's license Category B as role involves 25% of the working time travelling to customers’ sites.
