As a passionate sales professional, you are excited by market development and new customer acquisition in a technical environment. Your experience, empathy and strengths in finding technical solutions are your tools for identifying key decision-makers and understanding your customers' needs. With your technical affinity and ability to think outside the box, you support your key accounts, identify the needs of potential customers and capture their requirements - primarily in the logistics, mechanical engineering, and packaging industries. Together with a strong international internal team you develop customized product solutions. Reporting directly to the Austrian and Romanian management you will operate independently and enjoy creative freedom.
Do you act on your own DRIVE?
We are looking for sales professionals with personal drive and a talent for technical solution-finding. You should have an industrial background, ideally in drive technology, gear systems, or automation technology and have already gained experience in demanding, consulting-intensive industrial sales. As a strong communicator with a goal- and customer-oriented approach you stand out through your structured way of working and entrepreneurial mindset. Frequent travel is a natural part of your market presence. To ensure optimal customer support, you should reside in the Western Romanian area and be fluent in Romanian language with the ability to communicate in either German or English.

In addition to comprehensive training and support, you can expect an attractive annual gross salary of approximately EUR 42.000 (with a willingness to pay more based on relevant qualifications and experience) plus benefits and company car also for private use.
