A SUCCESS STORY SINCE 1975

  • Dr. Othmar Hill founded our company in 1975, and since then it has been a recognized player in the Central European consulting market through its high-quality executive search and selection (Executive Search) and management consulting services. Our decades of success and customer satisfaction are ensured by our consultants with sound professional knowledge and extensive market experience, our well-trained researchers, our proprietary psychological tests, and our stable business processes.

  • In 2020, Manfred Webersdorfer and two of his colleagues became the majority owners of the group through an MBO (Management Buyout). This step gave new impetus to the strengthening of our international network, which is present in more than 20 countries, and the development of modern, digitized process management.
  • HILL was founded in Hungary in 1989 and has been a key player in the domestic headhunting market ever since. One of the secrets of our success is our stable, cooperative team; we have eight colleagues who started working for our company before 2000. In addition to Budapest, we also have offices in Pécs, Debrecen, and Szombathely, so we have a strong regional market knowledge in Hungary in addition to our international background.

  • In addition to our main activity of executive search, we have also gained significant references over the years in the areas of interview technique training, 360-degree assessments, and leadership audits.
